For many years (1973-2008) he was a nationally certified real property appraiser and assistant to Edward C. Hustace, MAI and CPM with major assignments of Hawaii’s airports; harbors, industrial, agricultural and ranch lands, commercial, and residential properties; highways; and condemnations.
